Sponsorship

            The San Antonio Regional Relocation Council (SARRC) welcomes and appreciates the support
of its member organizations that serve the relocation industry. Your sponsorship provides benefits to our
members and the exchange of ideas. It also ensures that SARRC remains a valuable source for networking
and information to our members and provides recognition and exposure for your company. 
You must be an active member of SARRC.

 Sponsor Eligibility:

• Sponsor must be an active member of SARRC.

• Only one gold and silver sponsor per meeting.

• If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for any upcoming SARRC meetings,

• Sponsors will be reviewed by SARRC Board on a first come basis.

• Upon approval, sponsors must submit the sponsor fee and description of their materials
  present at the meeting. The materials are subject to approval by the SARRC Sponsorship Chair.

Sponsorship Opportunities:
    (SARRC offers 2 levels of Meeting Sponsorships and 1 On-Line Sponsorship)

 Gold Sponsorship includes ($400):

• Exhibit table provided at the sponsored meeting. No special drawings from sponsor tables
  will be allowed, however door prize type drawings with the prior approval of the Board may
  be held at the conclusion of the meeting.

• Ability to distribute corporate marketing material at table.

• Recognition and acknowledgement at meeting.

• President will announce the sponsor at the beginning of the meeting.   The sponsor may give
  a short description of their company, not to exceed (3) minutes.

• Acknowledgement of sponsor on SARRC website for 12 months, rotated with any other
  participants on the home page. The logo will be linked directly to the sponsor’s website. 

• Acknowledgement of sponsor on SARRC meeting invitation for the meeting.

• Two free meeting registration fees at sponsored meeting. 

Silver Sponsorship includes ($250):

• Recognition and acknowledgement at meeting.

• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on SARRC website for 12 months, rotated with any other
  participants on the home page. The logo will be linked directly to the sponsor’s website. 

• Acknowledgement of sponsorship on SARRC meeting invitation for the meeting they are sponsoring.
  

• One free meeting registration fee at sponsored meeting.

                   On-Line Sponsorship includes ($150):

• Sponsors logos are featured on the SARRC website for 12 months, rotated with any other participants
  on the home page. The logo will be linked directly to the sponsor’s website.
